Massive congratulations to our fabulous Ruth for an amazing week of achievements! Ruth has just received accreditation from the Association for Nutrition for registered nutritionists who practice evidence based nutrition. Ruth also graduated with her research masters for her work with us and IT Sligo on farmer health in Ireland. What a week! The future is very bright for this young lady, a very valued member of our team in True Fitness. Well done Ruth!
